- Log into the Future Knight Portal, Application Status Page to see if all required documents and transcripts have been received. This is also where you will see an admission decision. Check this page often to see if additional items were added.
If your admission status is not available, we encourage you to complete the rest of this checklist while your status is updated.
Apply for graduation by your state college deadline (if you are planning to earn an AA/AS degree from your current state college)
Even if you do not plan to participate in commencement activities, you must apply to graduate to have your AA/AS posted on your transcript or for the degree to be awarded.

Mandatory Immunization Requirements
You will create your Med+Proctor account, submit the immunization form and required proof of immunizations once you are offered admission. In the meantime:

- Visit: studenthealth.ucf.edu/immunizations/. Watch the video to learn more about the immunization requirements and how to set up your Med+Proctor profile to submit your records.
- Gather proof of immunizations and check alternatives if you do not have documentation.
- Need help in locating your records or inquiring about the MMR vaccine/blood titer test, contact: immunizations@ucf.edu or talk to your Academic Success Coach.
Verification of Immunization Compliance can take up to 3 business days. Start process early so that you will be able to register for classes during your orientation session.
